“Hi Badgers!  I retired from the San Francisco U.S. Attorney’s Office in February 2002, but continue to do some consulting in anti-money laundering.  This work has taken me to some pretty exotic places in Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia.  Julie and I watch our three children meet many of the same challenges we did and try not to interfere.  Our two grandchildren are the light of our lives and we try to spend as much time with them as possible.  Travel, hiking, and fly fishing are my leisure pursuits these days.  We like to take courses from UC Berkeley’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, and of course we still love the movies.  I’m excited about the upcoming 50th reunion.  From my picture you can see I look just the same except my hair has migrated from the top of my head to my chin.  See you there.  (I hope they make the printing on the name tags bigger this time.)”
