Paulette has been a free-lance food writer for several years.  She is also a certified practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu, an ancient Japanese healing art which helps to harmonize the underlying energy flow of the body.  (She'll tell you more about it at the reunion if you're interested; the center for Jin Shin is in Scottsdale, so there are lots of people in Tucson who are also practitioners.)  She loves her family dearly, including her twin sister, Annette, her husband Bill and their dogs and cats, natch.  "This website is great and it's fun hearing about everyone," she says.
